"Ronnie the rep that helped me when I arrived was courteous. Although I was preoccupied with a personal matter, the service didn't take as long as I expected. He was informative and explained what they did. I was informed about a recall and was told I could schedule it at my convenience. One thing I'll mention is I asked for a tire rotation but I'm skeptical on if it was done as my tire pressure was the same as before and I know for sure that my front passenger tire pressure is too high. I thought all tires would be checked and inflated to the same pressure based off my tires. I was told it could be because of the weather that they are different. Other than that it was a pleasant visit."
