"Limped my rental car in on a Sunday (of all days) coming from Augusta... tire was sidewall poked somewhere in the middle of nowhere...limped it about 30 miles with a can of the seal a wheel... i know they hate that stuff, about a half hour before they closed. Super super great service and fixed up in a flash. Can't thank you guys enough. Super professional and really made it a "not so terrible day". Thanks guys. I appreciate you!!! 10 stars!"

"We were traveling from Knoxville to Savannah and had a flat tire, able to get it patched, but unfortunately got flat damaged and would not have lasted another 50 miles. We were able to get to this Firestone who went above and beyond to help us get back on the road and complete our trip by getting our specific tire delivered, swapped out, and balanced in a matter of a few hours. We can’t thank you all enough for your attention to detail and dedication to our safety on the road. Pics are of the flat damage and flat tire."
"The customer service and care was phenomenal. Chris was so helpful and considerate. Ryan was nice. Everyone was courteous. Unfortunately I got bad news about my car that overshadowed the experience but no fault of the staff. Recommended yes but I do live 10 hours away."
"The manager is shady. He charged me $9.99 for a brakes and rotors inspection when I had a coupon stating it would be free. I showed him the coupon and even questioned him saying it’ll be $9.99 by reading the coupon out to him. The coupon was still valid. I had to check with another location and they affirmed I wasn’t supposed to be charged anything. The other store manager reached out to him, now he’s willing to rectify the situation. Go to the Eisenhower location instead."
