"My AC went out today, and I called O'Reilly's to see if they could check a fuse for me, and was told yes. When I got to the store the young man behind the counter tried to help me, but it seemed like he wasn't sure what to do. Then he spotted an off duty manager, Daniel, and he came over to help me. This wonderful man worked on my car for over 40 minutes, and didn't stop until he found the problem. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I'm so thankful! Five stars all around!"

"Fantastic service. I stopped by to buy windshield wipers. The person was very friendly, showed me all the options, I picked the most expensive wood that would fit, but I noticed they were the same ones that I was replacing after a small amount of use. I asked if I could pick a different one, the gentleman said sure and no problem. The second pair just didn't fit, he quickly exchanged again. Then he got the third set installed pretty quickly. During the whole thing he was sorry friendly and it was a pleasant experience."
