"Avoid Olympic Tires, Conyers! I hate to give a bad review of a company, but in this case I feel I must. I recently went to Olympic Tires, Conyers, Ga about my tire pressure sensor light flashing and the “ needs maintenance light” that pops up on my Avalon. When I walked in I had a conversation with the OWNER who was behind the counter, about the “ needs maintenance light”. He said it was a dummy message and did not mean anything was wrong. I said I needed it reset as I need to see my speed limit. I certainly thought that both issues would be taken care of. I was told the sensors needed replacing and paid over $250 for the diagnostic tests and sensors. When I drove away in my car after paying I saw the “ needs maintenance “ message had not been reset. I drove back, entered and explained it was still on. The OWNER preceded to verbally attack me and say that I never asked them to reset it and they only do it with an oil change ( I won’t need and oil change for 2000 more miles). I tried to explain that I did ask for it to be reset and due to his yelling loudly at me grabbed my keys and left. As I went out the door he said “ I hope you find somewhere that can satisfy you”. I was shocked. As I drove my car home the tire pressure sensor light started blinking AGAIN. I called the next day and asked for the manager. I told him that yesterday someone yelled at me. That is when he told me it was the OWNER. I explained that the light was still flashing and I wanted to bring my car back. He said per the owner I was BANNED from the place! I paid over $250 and now they will not fix it! I am not sure what the owners issue is with me. My husband and I used Olympic Tires for over 15 Years! He passed away almost 2 years ago and even though I don’t live close I still used them. The only thing I can think of is while I was waiting I commented to the owners wife about the curse word a worker was throwing around. I made a joke that she had probably heard a lot worse working around a bunch of men. I was not upset or angry. Any suggestions on who might be able to fix my sensor light?"

"Had an awesome experience! We took our 2009 Dodge Charger to Olympic Tire & Service a few weeks ago and did not have any idea what was wrong with it. The manager explained that they would take look at it and advise next steps. We decided to lean to their recommendation and that ended up being the best decision we have made this year. Thank you Olympic Tire & Services and Dean for your honesty and the great job you performed on our vehicle. I will certainly be seeing you again soon for service on a second vehicle."

"Been coming here for over 10 years and they’ve always had the best prices and service. Returned today for an oil change and was in and out quickly. Highly recommend Dean and the rest of the Olympic Tire team!"

"Should have been no stars they are liars and cheats. Said they aligned my son's truck but it needed 2000 Dollars worth of parts and labor or else it would not stay aligned. Took it to another shop for second opinion mechanic showed me it had never been aligned factory installed locks had never been removed no tool marks on anything but yet they charged 80 dollars and then it only needed about $500 of work and an alignment instead of the $2000 they said."

"I took one car up to Olympic and it needed rotors and brakes. Had my daughter take her car there and guess what it needed, you guessed it rotors and brakes. They fixed a baring that went bad three weeks later only for them to tell I need both replaced and that the one they messed up was under warranty so they would fix it for free, gee thanks. Something else always seems to go wrong every time they touch my car. Had them work on my truck, then had my other mechanic check behind them and they aren’t as honest as they pretend to be. Not gonna play the race card, but check reviews and see who seems to have bad reviews. Oh and unless you hit the lottery their work is over priced. Hope you guys enjoyed the almost 7 grand in two months with stuff I didn’t need and taking screws loose that don’t pertain to the work you’re doing. Every single time they would find something new. Needed a battery they said car was fine. So after I had it towed there a second time they agreed with me the none mechanic I needed a battery. They replaced it with a recycled battery but charged new battery price. I won’t ever use them or recommend them again. Thanks for giving good mechanics a bad name!! You guys are wrong and karma will catch up to you!! 06/12/2022 Update showing battery they put in car after they commented…you tell me if this looks new."
