"Customer service in tire center is absurd. If your hours are 7-7 and a customer comes in at 6:30 then help the customer. I had a tire leak and was an emergency nobody else was open. Look I know you might be tired it's Friday and you want to go home, but people need your services you still have time to do your job."

"I went in to get my tire fixed because my tire kept going flat but Cameron and Derek noticed my tire was fine but I had a bigger problem. My wheel bearing needs to be replaced immediately, or I would find myself stranded. I’m so thankful that they were able to tighten my tire stem to make sure no more air came out and identify a bigger problem that could save me from a car accident."
"This is only to regards of the customer service there. If you don't like your job then quit. There is absolutely no reason to treat customers with disrespect. Some people are just not cut out to work behind the counter serving customers and this is the case for the grumpy lady who does exactly that."
"Got there a few hours before close. The guy at the counter was like can I help you. I told him I needed a few new tires he said well what's your size I told him the first part not even the whole tire size and he was like nope don't have that. You'll have to order it. I told him I called earlier and they had the size and he was like well now we don't. He then said I'm not taking anymore cars today anyways. So I went to Mr. NOBODY where they helped me right away."
