"Back in May, Mr.Dave the salesman immediately came to introduce himself and assist me with looking at vehicles. He welcomed my friend and I with a happy smile and bottled water! This means a lot and says a lot being that I went to a BMW location days prior to and no one even came out to acknowledge me.
