"I pulled up on a curve and when I backed up I partially tore the right side of my bumper off. I took my car to California Body Shop to have it repaired. We (Hugo and Myself) determined that my car needed 2 brackets and dent repair on my right side fender. I dropped my car off and caught a UBER home at $19.00. Hugo called me to inform me that the body work was completed on my car. I caught UBER at $19.00 to pick up my car. When I arrived I noticed several discrepancies: 1. The dent on my right side fender was still there. 2. The paint dried with bubbles on the fender. 3. The bumper (where it it's joined with the fender) wasn't painted. Instead, it was blotted with paint. The paint job is supposed to be smooth and match with the rest of the car but one could see as well as feel the bumps caused by blotting the paint. 4. My lottery tickets were stolen from my glove box. ( I noticed this after I left the California Body Shop). I contacted Hugo to inquire about the lottery tickets and he told me that he doesn't play lottery. 5. There was paint on the driver's side window. ( I noticed this after I left the California Body Shop). Hugo apologized and told me to bring the car back in at a later date to fix the discrepancies. The problem with that: 1. I have to find time to take my car back to the the California Body Shop. 2. I have to pay UBER again to get back home from the shop and I also will have to pay UBER to get back to the shop to pick my car up when it's completed. I will speak with Hugo about my experiences in hopes that I can recoup some of my paid fees as a result of my wasted time and UBER fees. Terrible experience"

"I got a few quotes from shops in the area, California was middle of the pack as well as their expected time to fix the damage on my car. Overall, the manager was able to give me a quote and stuck to it. The quality of work was top notch, couldn't tell there was ever a problem. color match was spot on. I'd recommend to friends."
