"I was literally probably there less that 5 minutes. The guys working looked young so I was nervous but they were very professional, made sure I knew about everything wrong with my vehicle (which I did already) changed my oil and sent me on my way faster than I realized possible! And cheaper than most places want to charge you!"

"Very professional and detailed with the service they were performing and offered a water as well during the hot temperatures. Update: came again to this location in 2024 and the service was still the same! I came in for an oil change because of a sticker I had from the mileage plan I selected form them and they were all professional and they also come up to you to talk with you about any problems and recommendations for the vehicle and they work fast as well. I also spoke with Mr. Randy and he gave great customer service along with ALL of the employees (every single one of them), great service and a great 5-star review, God bless!"
"I was disappointed to see things listed on my receipt that were not performed during service. I’ve enjoyed the service received at this particular location in the past, and my reasoning for returning there. I don’t know if it was a rush job because of them being very busy, but I had expectations of quality service. Please do better and not have to receive these type comments from other customers."
"It’s always a great experience when I have to get my oil changed. The employees are attentive, knowledgeable, polite, and do an excellent job. I live on the other side of town, and there is another Take 5 that’s closer to me. But I like the service that I get from the Macon Road location, and will always go there no matter what."
