"This company is a rip off. I went to them looking for a company that was closer to home. I dropped off my taxes which took a week to prepare. I called several times to see how much it would cost and the ignored me for a week. Finally I got the total after 2 weeks and they charged me 185 which I was happy with. I said you csn take your fee out of my refund and they said to sign Herr nit knowing what it was for but just to have my taxes done. They never gave me a copy of fee for anything. Long story short i was owed by my refund 387 but the only gave me 171. They said the bank charges money to deposit into my account. I said no they don't. I'm owed 209 mote of my refund which they took. I won't be back to these crooks and I will be reporting them big time. Besides no paperwork I have states they charge 209 00 to process a return. These are crooks. I have all paperwork and nothing states that there will be a charge and no one told me of this charge. Just sign was all I was told. I guess this is why they stay in business taking money from people. Don't worry I will report them and shut them down. I will be everywhere reporting this company"
