"I arrived at 8:33am to ship a package due to the posted hours stating opening time of 8:30am. The employee on duty held up nine fingers indicating they did not open until 9am. I said you sign says opening is 8:30 and all I got was a shrug. If you are not going to open when your sign and your website say, change your sign. Very disappointed with the attitude exhibited, never mind the wasted trip."

"Management I would like to make a formal complaint about the customer service I received today in this store. I had a letter to mail and asked the lady who addressed me if she could put a couple of pieces of tape over the sealed part of the envelope. She took it from and threw it to the side and said I'll put it in the mail for you. I just stood there and looked at her and then she said I heard you about the tape. I responded that I would wait until she taped it because I wanted to be sure that was done correctly. After i said that she responded, the tape will be a dollar. I responded, so you weren't going to charge me for it if i just left and walked out the door but since i want to wait now you want to charge me, she said well you can buy some tape from over there or whatever. I told her I'll go somewhere else and you need to work on your customer service skills and she said i will and as i walked out i said a few choice words. Im sure she'll tell you. First off this isn't the first nasty encounter ive had with her. She seems to have a very blunt unpleasant attitude. I dont know her, I dont know if its me or if she treats everyone like this but what she did today was very petty and also told me she has no intentions of putting the tape on the letter. The tape was important because the letter had a check in it and i didn't want it to come open during delivery. I've never had any of the others ask me to pay for two little pieces of tape before so is this store policy or not. If it cost a dollar to do that then why not say that from the beginning? We trust your business to handle our mail with professional personel and this was the very least. I've been using this store for 5 years, mailing, buying stamps, shipping and whatever else I needed for postal services. I'm not a bumb off the street begging for tape and that's how I was treated today in your store. This will not be tolerated by me and something should be done about her immediately. Thank you Jade Daniels"
