The UPS Store

"Had a spot of trouble with a misrouted package shipped from this UPS location on Zebulon. The store employee printed the label and scanned it. I was given a receipt with the tracking number. Recipient claimed we had used the wrong label and the tracking number was incorrect, and did not receive the package. The contents of the package were of significant value. The store employee remembered quite clearly and offered to help in any way he could. He contacted the owner. He also gave me the owners card, and i attempted to do the same on more than one occasion. The owner of this franchise never even returned my call or followed up in any way. I went back to the store and learned that the chance of a call from the owner or any help or explanation from the owner was very unlikely. I found that to be the highest level of disregard for the customer as well as store operations."

"Have used this UPS location for several years. Customer service is consistently friendly, fast, and efficient. Can always answer my questions re. various needs. Store is neat and clean. Nothing negative to say :)."

"Several months ago I had paid for insurance on my shipping, which had glass and a gaming console. When it was received several items were broken, after contacting this stores manager he informed me that I needed to send pictures of packing and the items. After several weeks no response I called again to check on the status and once again he asked me to send pictures and the costs of the items. MONTHS went by, I called AGAIN to check on the status he ignored my emails for the reinbursment of the items. In which I paid 100$ for protection, I was fed up. I ended up writing an email stating that it had been 4 months with no resolution and that I would be reporting to BBB, I immediately received a call that they were going to send a check in the mail. Never asked my address or any sort of contact information for this "Check" that I would receive in aproximatly 4 weeks. It has been 3 months since. NO RESOLUTION. I am writing to warn that this location is absolutly scamming people. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION."

"Old Indian guy was very abrasive. Got the job done ish. Messed up postal code. Good thing he was very forceful and insisted on double checking address. He kept yelling across the store at other employees about what there doing? If he's the manager maybe he should be asking quietly? I get it was busy but, how about scheduling appropriate staffing levels?"

"I’m going to brag on two specific gentlemen that are super kind to everyone when I go to this store! First off, every time I go into this store (which is a lot with all my Amazon returns lol) I am greeted with a smile and offered help! If they are busy they acknowledge me and let me know they’ll be right with me. They work hard to get the line moving fast if there is one. Today I made sure to write down their names because you just don’t get quality customer service these days anymore in most places. Both Dennis & Ricquan are professional and friendly and make me want to continue using UPS services!"
