"I’ve rented from the Enterprise Location several times, but today my experience was especially exceptional. I came in to return my rental vehicle, and Marcus Boyd and Jasmine Daniels provided wonderful, friendly, customer service. I noticed my personal vehicle, parked nearby during my rental period, had a flat tire. Marcus immediately offered to have me drive my personal vehicle around so they could put air back in the tire. Mr. Clem Jordan, the Enterprise mechanic, came to put air in my tire, and when I expressed my concern about driving and mentioned I had a spare tire with me, Mr. Jordan offered right there to help me change out my tire. Keep in mind this was unpaid and unsolicited, and from the goodness of his heart. He kindly helped me put a spare tire on my personal vehicle, and did not expect anything in return. I was stressed out, running behind, and his kind deed helped turn my day around."
