"My mother and I met at this establishment after my father previously searched for what he wanted. We didn’t quite understand what he meant at first when he said go in and “meet Derrick.” We found out very quickly. After walking into the beautiful, neat, and welcoming store we are used to, we were greeted by Derrick warmly at the front after he was called to us. There was nothing unreal about our interaction. Derrick was patient as he put together all of our needs, understandings, and observances. Also, what was really big, was there was no rush. I can speak that I was allowed to ask questions and examine the products freely, making sure that things were a proper fit. For me, this made me feel more comfortable with my family making such a large purchase and feels like the reason why you would have a show room in the first place (not just to show case the pretty exterior). Each step did use time, but at no point was Derrick inattentive. He seamlessly glided back and forth between customers and even gave us space to make observances alone. We eventually went with our first pick as well as adding another piece, and because of the patience of Derrick and all of the reassurance the store brought to us as well, we made the decision as a united family."
