"Terrible customer service and very poor quality work. I needed 2 doors painted on my black truck and was told it would be done in 2 days but it took 4. This would not have been significant if they took the time to call me to provide an update. Instead I had to call every day to find out what was going on. When I got my truck back it looked terrible. There was an obnoxious amount of over spray. the doors were riddled with white dots of what I believe was primer, it felt like sand paper to the touch, they damaged the paint on the fender, and damaged the rear bumper. They repainted the doors but they did such a poor job. The chrome letters are now peeling, there is damage to the trim around the windows, and they did not remove the excess wax after buffing it. I had to do that myself. After arguing with them for a week or so, they agreed to fix the rear bumper but denied that they damaged the fender. I showed them proof with before and after pictures of the fender and the owner said they woke up an imperfection beneath the paint when they buffed it. That to me was an admission of guilt. There was no imperfection under the paint and the part of the fender that was damaged by them wasn't even supposed to be painted. After going back and forth with them for so long I gave up and decided to take it somewhere else and have the paint work done properly. The price was good but I guess it’s true that you get what you pay for. They are irresponsible, dishonest, and refused to take responsibility for their lack of quality, attention to detail, and carelessness. And to make matters worse, they were very rude to my wife and I when we confronted them. I have also been asking for a receipt for 2 months and still haven’t received one. I strongly advise not patronizing this business."

"Please please do not do business with this company I took my car in to get the suspension done I ordered the suspension From Summit racing it was all plug and play they took nine months to do the suspension after getting my car out I took it to the Alignment shop And the guy said your car is a mess they did not put the suspension on right so I had to pay the alignment in Shop To takeoff my suspension and put it on the right way if you look at all the reviews everybody is saying that they car is sitting over years they do not do a good job and they don’t know what they doing For all the bad reviews go to Better Business Bureau he have no complaints on there on the first one"

"If you value your time and money take your car to a real body shop, after 7 months and 5,000 wasted my car came out worse than when it arrived, all the work is shoddy and incomplete."

"Save yourself time and money. Had my car for years (2017-2020) and couldn't complete it. Lied multiple times saying they were going to make progress and never did. Literally had to hire the sheriff department to get my car back. I'm out about 4k and having to get someone else to do the work."

"Visited shop today with my friend that dropped off his car to be customized. Owner was a nice guy and gave us a tour of the shop. Very nice shop. Working on several projects and work seems to be top notch. I would definitely give them a chance to work on one of my cars."
