"Wanted to support local, so I sifted through some search results until I came across Georgia Auto Solutions. Very, very happy that I did! Service is by appointment only, so my car was looked at straight away and a game plan with recommendations was created for me in under an hour. Left my car overnight while parts were ordered, but services were completed ASAP the next morning and I had the car back in less than 24 hours! Waiting room is super comfortable. No pressure on particular services, you are given an estimate and it’s up to you what you want done. Communication and payment are handled electronically which is really convenient! Robin and her team really have a great system here, and even someone with as little car knowledge as me felt confident I was in good hands! This will be my go-to auto shop from now on for sure!"
"I been going to this place for year and now it’s kids in the office .Had appoint at 12pm I get there and the head mechanic riding on his motorcycle. Come back next day and get service now the issue that’s with my car is a dealer issue. This same people told me that I only needed a bearing . Ask for oil change as well . They drove my car around and gave me my keys . I never walked out this shop mad . I guess I’ll find me another shop . The moral has been down ever since the owner not there . Customer service sucks not explanation nothing . Just go to dealer."
