"James and Brandie handled the etune on my 2006 STi last year. Was able to tune my built motor with flex fuel with a huge aim for reliability in the map. A year later and the motor and tune are still singing. Etune process went as planned and quick turn arounds for revisions. Will come back again if I get the urge for more power!"

Day 1 emailing with detailed questions, received detailed answers and treated me like family and provided education only experience could provide. 7-8 month process. We were more interested in reliability and practicality in the add ons than adding power. Very helpful and understanding as every customer has different needs. Supportive and available during install process via phone/text (notified ahead of time and made plans to be mutually available). Will be repeat customers in the future. I found him on Facebook and reached out to him for advice and he had a trip coming up to the town I live in and offered to tune my car in person. Update 12/23/23 since my first tune with James I gave done more upgrades to my WRX, James walked me through everything I needed to do and was available for advice at random times to accommodate my schedule, he was even able to get parts needed sent to me and finished my flex fuel tune in no time at all.
