"If I could give this business 0 stars I would. This is the worse experience I’ve ever had. They quoted me a price to change an O2 sensor code P0138. It took them 3 full days to work on the car something that was supposed to take 1-2 hours. (When it was time to pick up the car the bill was higher than the quote I was given and signed for. Of course I refused to pay for an overcharge and after a back on forth I paid the original price. I was given a receipt that said I had a balance. I refused to leave with that when I clearly paid it in full. It took almost an hour for them to get the receipt corrected. I kid you not, the next day the check engine light came back on. I paid to get the car diagnosed at another car shop and received a code P0138 for the same O2 sensor! The SAME issue that they claim they put a new sensor and fixed the issue. Then an additional two codes that I never had an issue with before. I took the car back to Sherman to rectify the issue. I demanded that the issue be fixed or I would need a refund. After a week and half of getting the run around and no communication I’m left with the same issue and more and no refund."

"They had my vehicle from the beginning of June 2022 to August 2022 only to repair the rear air. He called and said they got the front fixed. The front had no issue!!! Then he didn't want to release the van to me when we came to get it even though he said the rear was now fixed. He then said CASH ONLY!!!! RED FLAG!!! Cash only for a $3900 repair??? Really??? Well we paid card and cash. The parents started complaining the very next week about the kids being hot and sweaty! I had to take it to another shop that same week to get repaired correctly, which cost another almost $3000. He lied and told the bank he fixed the van once I did a charge back with the bank. The bank put the statements (mail) in my son's name because he transferred the money from my account to his to swipe his debit card for the purchase; so it seems as though I didn't follow back up with the bank in time so they did not give my money back. So Court is next. We went to mediation and Mr. Sherman offered to only give back $1500. Well I guess he feels guilty of not fixing my van and telling lies that he did. We are scheduled to go before the judge soon! Bad Business for Me! I will never use him again!"

"The Sherman team was great and super friendly and helpful! I was preparing my car for a winter roadtrip and they answered all my questions about car upkeep in different conditions and got everything looked over, making sure all of the areas I was concerned about looked good. Their pricing was honest and very reasonable too."

"On my day of service I received exemplary customer service with a great deal of respect. The location waiting area was very clean, the bathroom was even very clean and complimentary coffee was offered, the waiting area also has a large screen television to watch while you wait. Sherman's Auto Repair is also up to date technologically.... estimates, invoices, and vehicle repair information is promptly sent to your email address and or cell phone. I get my oil changed on the weekend due to my work schedule but if the repair shop was open on Saturdays I would bypass all the oil change locations nearby to visit Sherman's Auto Repair. - Bryan Clark"
