"Left my truck needing a tire repair and asked they change the oil while they had it. Received a call telling me my less than 1 yr old tire with less than 3000 miles couldn't' be repaired, said screw was in sidewall. I know I'm a woman but I know which part of the tire is sidewall. They didn't even change the oil and wanted to sell me a new tire. Took my truck to another shop the next day my tire was fixed and the oil changed. I wasn't charged even as much as Herbert's has been charging just for the oil change. I will not be back at this shop."
