"I'm going to give my review of the company a 2 star. Contacted them back in October and was quoted a specific amount. Reached out to them a few weeks later and of course I don't expect them to remember but I do expect them to input the same data to get the same price. The guy acted as if I was making up everything. I'll say this much - it worked out for the best. He said he would give me a call back and I never heard from him (which by the tone of his voice and his delivery, I knew he wouldn't call back). I give them two stars because initially he was nice. I would have given 1 star for not standing behind his initial quote (or ability to recreate the quote using his software to either the exact number or around that range) but, they earned the two stars from the first interaction. They don't want to stand behind their quote and I don't want to give them my money. No loss to either party."
