"TERRIBLE PEOPLE!! If there is anything less than one star, thats what I will give them. The owner Mr. Austin allows his Grandsons that work for him to drive customers cars recklessly, trash the cars and smoke weed in them without their customers' consent. They drove my car, crashed it, trashed it, smoked weed in it and messed it up. Mr. Austin begged to fix it. After six weeks of going back and forth, instead of him giving the car to a body man, he did some terrible work himself and on top of that one of my side mirrors got stolen. I complained to him and what he said was that's the way I brought the car. For an older man that I had some respect for, I was very disappointed. I got so mad I called the cops and picked up my car only to realize that his boys have added over 600 miles on my car within 6 weeks. Now my car is damaged, he promised to fix my emissions for free as a compensation but didn't. I have to take the car to a body shop for better repairs and another mechanic. I later found out that they have crashed other people's cars I know personally. Even on one occasion they took a friend's car on joy ride for over 2 weeks instead of repairing his car. They are dishonest, liars and wicked. I regret ever having pity on him, I should have called the cops and gotten his insurance to fix my car. BEWARE of this business!!!! Replying to your response made today the 17th of Nov 2023. First of all, My fender was never damaged when I brought my car to you. After you had an accident with my car, you asked me if you guys cracked the driver's window of which I said no, that that's the way I bought it from the auction. I had fixed the car from a body shop before taking it to you for emission repairs. With you saying that the fender was already damaged before I brought to you shows how ungrateful and wicked you guys are. Secondly, I brought the car to you on august 25th, 2023, I didn't hear from you all until my friend whom you all know told me that you had an accident with my car on September 2 or 3rd. I never was rude to you all. I kept on pleading for you to fix it correctly and decently because this car is my source of income so it could look ok, but until October 23rd you all kept on giving me the run around. You screwed nail into the fender where bracket is supposed to be, the paint job on it started peeling, the hood was misaligned and much more. My car had two complete mirrors when I brought it to you, but about 4 weeks later one of the mirrors was missing. When I told you, you said that's how I brought it. It is appalling that you will say such blatant lies. you all know we have witnesses that have experienced almost similar issues with you all and if they are courageous enough to come out, they will confirm what I am saying. As for me, I regret taking pity on you and trying to help a fellow black business even if it will cost me time. But instead, it has cost me money and stress. And on top of it you have insinuated that I have given false statement. But like the saying goes "God don't like ugly", and I will say this publicly, as you deprived food from my children, God will take from you too."
