"Darien was helpful, knowledgeable, calm, and kind. He did a thorough job and wasn't pushy but did offer to help with more needed service so after the oil change I asked him to change the transmission fluid as well. Grease Monkey concept is smart . I appreciate being able to stay in the vehicle and not share germs with others. Also I know I can come back for fluid checks and the maintenance is always taken care of. Thank you for an easy stress free visit that was very professional."
