"The technicians and the rest of the staff are professional and friendly. The service department get 1 because of management issues. They do not care about your scheduled time. I made a schedule for the weekday in advance and showed up on the dot at 11:30 AM. The technician asked to confirm that I would be waiting in store for service, an estimated time of about 2 hours. Little long for an oil change, but that was fine since going elsewhere and coming back might take just as long. The car didn't start the scheduled service until 3 PM and completed at 4:30 PM. So I waited for a total of 5 hours to get an oil change. What's the point of making a schedule and showing up on time to wait 4 hours for the technician to free up to work on your car? The technician should have already allocated time to work on the car based on schedule."

"Really attentive and knowledgeable staff. Waiting for your car is a pleasurable experience. Ms. Dorothy has a wonderful, warm personality and loves engaging with everyone as she makes complimentary lattes, beverages, and snacks. I will definitely head straight to the dealership for all of my car servicing needs."

"The place was clean and inviting. Just don't have a lot of space in the waiting area. They only have coffee on the house while you wait. At Infinity Nally. They offer tea, hot chocolate and coffee. The waiting area is bigger and they offer free loaner services. Not here. For the price of what you pay per service. They should do better. When I got there I had to wait for like 16 mins. One one approached my car,, until when I got out of it. Incredible. All for the brand. Is absurd. I do not like this place."
