"I think the phone call lasted maybe 15 seconds. I looked at the reviews and seen that these people were so “helpful” so I was excited to call and have the same experience but I got cut off when I was asking for help on a tire size. I didn’t have all the number and he cut me off and told me that it doesn’t help him at all. I’m taken back because the reviews said they were the most knowledgeable but that wasn’t my experience. I had called over several places and none of their reviews said how knowledgeable they were but they all were able to look up my tire size. I’m just gonna assume they didn’t want they money or have the tools to look for my tire size"

On top of that they don’t do anything unnecessarily just to get more money out of you.
