"This place does the job and reasonably priced, however, I had two issues for which I will not go here again. 1. For Consecutive 2 years my emission did not go to DMV and I had to go in person without being able to renew my registration online 2. The technician who is here at Alpharetta Hwy (Jermain L West), at least what the report says his name is, was rude and told me to be in the car and not get out, not once but twice persistently and bluntly like he was scared of me or something. I felt like a detainee with a cop having a rude attitude. Not sure why people do what they aren’t good at (facing/talking to) customers, for a living."
