"I cannot say enough about how great this shop is. I have a German made vehicle and some higher ticket items needed repairing. They not only worked with my warranty company but went above and beyond to look over the entire car and submitted other things that needed to be fixed. They took pictures and documented to the warranty company and handled all the paperwork. All I had to do was pay my deductible to them and they finished the work in a matter of days. If you live in the Smyrna, GA area or nearby- highly recommend them!"
"Raymond has a very slick tongue and will manipulate your conversation to make it seem like you permitted him to do a bunch of work that you NEVER asked for. Please take a look at the other negative comments and the cookie-cutter responses that he gives. Learn from others' mistakes, and DO NOT take your vehicle to his shop. He WILL argue with you because he knows he has your car, and GA’s archaic laws are on his side."
"Just go to the dealer these people have no idea what they are doing after going to them I still had to go to the dealer save yourself the headache!!! Response : Yes I have been to the shop Raymond clearly that is why I’m going out of way to leave a warning for others.
