"When I moved to the area in 2023, I had to change from my long time oil guys (over 5 years!) and have come back for every car thing since. They always make sure to explain what they’re doing and have never been pushy about additional services. Everytime I come to this location everyone has been in a great mood. I’m not joking when I say someone is singing and dancing whenever I get my oil changed. They have worked on both of my vehicles and are my go to guys. I highly recommend this location. Getting in can be a little tricky, but if you turn at the light you’ll be right there. There’s also a car wash attached."

"The workers here are great. They’re more than competent at what they do, they’re very thorough, and they keep the operations moving quick. If one oil change line is lagging a bit, they will serve the customers in order of who arrived first rather than having clients get stuck in a slow-moving line. Most establishments don’t take the time to pay attention to their customers like that, but the folks at this Take 5 are fantastic."

"The team was amazing! Went in for an oil change, and they let me know my oil plug was rounded off instead of hex like it was supposed to be. They ending up (after a lot of hard work) getting the old one off and replaced it for free! The entire time I waited, the team kept me informed with all the methods they were trying, they offered me water, and overall the definition of excellent customer service. I will definitely be back with all the cars I own and will gladly recommend it to everyone I know."

"So why didn’t I find them sooner? You sit in your car. They demonstrate everything they’re doing. Changed my wiper blades. They changed the air filter INSIDE the car (who knew I had one!). Offered me a bottle of water while I waited. Showed me the oil level and that it’s clean. They don’t even know I have trust issues! Tremendous customer service and professionalism. Jiffy Lube, I’m sorry bro. It’s over between us!"

"RUNNN. RUN FAST. STAY AWAY! Don’t let my experience be yours! These people are scam artists to the ninth degree. They hire people that are negligent and want you in and out as fast as they can. You pay for the convenience but what you don’t realize is that your vehicle ends up being what pays. They hire people with very little mechanical experience and expect them to perform great work on items worth 10-70k+. I’ve been going to Take 5’s for years and this will be me and my family’s last time EVER. I got an oil change 7/18 at Take 5 and literally 12 hours later I am broken down in the FAST LANE on 285 with billows of smoke. I almost died. I have to tow my car. They tell me they’re going to send to their mechanic and get a diagnosis. 3 days later and I have still not heard back despite calling and texting. For a DIAGNOSIS. I eventually get ahold of them and Roger (the manager) lies to me and tells me he tried calling me. Interesting…how there’s NO missed call, NO voice mail, AND NO text? Yeah, I’m sure you made every effort to reach me. He then proceeds to tell me that they’ve started working on my car and replaced the engine. Wait, hold up? You didn’t even give me a diagnosis. Now you’re telling me you started work on my car without MY CONSENT AND REPLACED MY ENTIRE ENGINE? He gives me the run around and basically tells me they cant even give me a 2 year warranty on the used engine they put in (that was clearly retrieved from a wreck). I then ask if this can be brought to my car’s brand dealership to have them look at it for my peace of mind (because I had no say in the work done, no say in the mechanic, and no proof ANYTHING was done correctly). They once again refused. They don’t care to make right by their customers. My car was in perfect condition before I brought it to this sad excuse of an establishment. I saw a few other reviews that had similar stories but I brushed them off because there were so many other 5 star reviews. All I can say is, its not worth the stress or the convenience. This franchise owner should be ashamed of how they conduct their business practice. Attached are pictures of the oil that was ALL over my car’s hood because of the faulty filter they put in that led to engine damage. Also a picture of all the oil that spilled all over my parking spot that I saw upon driving home. Another picture is the police having to shut down all of 285 for me and my car to get over to the shoulder for safety. Just absolute madness!!!!!! And don’t respond with some sorry comment about calling a customer service number. Teaundray Smith is the distract manager and has zero integrity and took over 3 weeks to give us ANY of our reimbursements. You couldn’t care less about your customers when things go awry and it shows."
