They changed the oil, topped off my washer fluid, checked my tire pressure along with a few other things, and I was probably in and out in about 15-20 minutes. Everyone there was super chill, congenial, and knowledgeable. I think I found my new go oil change place."

"WOW - WHAT A JOKE. IF YOU HAVE A NICE VEHICLE (or any car) DO NOT TAKE IT THERE. I brought in my X5 in to a place I assumed had the appropriate training to take care of any car. I sat there for 15 mins and then about 3 men go to the vehicle under my hood and I just think the oil is being changed. Instead they come over and tell me my oil cap housing is busted, asking who did my oil change last. Long story short they broke the cap and wouldn't take responsibility for it. The customer service department who I spoke to 3 times told me TODAY that the manager BRANDON told me my claim was denied in the bay for coming in with previous damage. IF MY CAR HAD PREVIOUS DAMAGE IT IS SO SMART IT WOULD HAVE TOLD ME. SO YOU ALL BROKE IT. Now I am $300 out and was out a car for a week s well since I had to get it towed out of there bay after sitting there for 5 hours because they broke my car and I had to get it towed. UNREAL. Do not get swayed by a local coupon like me. Don't subject yourself to being vehicle-less and out of pocket more then double what you came in for. Not to mention the madness they caused. DO BETTER *** It won't let me reply to your response. It is closed because your store manager lied and your area manager backed him, KUDOS. You will be taken to small claims court! Don't worry!"
