The gentleman was very nice straight forward and did not talk down to me (like I didn't know what I was doing) he checked my fluid even top it off with no charge (I gave him a tip anyway). He also told me straight up he doesn't work on my type of Transmission but he would check to see if he could find something that would fit my needs if need.
