It sounded like English was his second language, and he didn't even introduce himself or the company. I asked if this was Cuellar Auto Repair and I heard, "Yes, what do you need?" I said are you all open until 6pm today? "No...? What do you need? What are you looking for?" It sounded like I was clearly in the WRONG place. I said nevermind, I'll find another mechanic. If I cannot even have a regular conversation about your company hours, I have no faith to try to talk to you about my car's problems."
