"I once thought this was a great business and kept bringing my old 2007 car here for maintenance however, I was charged over $800 for my first repairs including the engine cooling fan system. But my car continued to have issues and run hot after this transaction. Then I brought my car again and left it to be fixed before I had my next shift at work only to be told it would be ready upon arrival. When I got there (after getting an Uber) my car was smoking and not working. He (The owner Tim) continued tampering with it until he said it was “fixed” and then proceeded to let me pay over $300 for these “repairs”. My car was ok for the first drive from there to my work location which was about 30mins away. However, when I tried leaving work it started back with the same issues. I said maybe it’s just had a long day.. the next day which was Saturday it started doing the same issues and running hot. I called Tim and informed him my car was broke down and not working AFTER paying him to fix it and that it was still running hot. I cannot drive my vehicle if it keeps running hot. So I asked for a refund because I did not feel like I got my moneys worth and this is the second time this is happened and 4th or 5th I had been there to be serviced. He said I needed to bring it back to him to take a look at it and see what might have went wrong. And being that I am entitled to what happens next to my vehicle I told him no I did not want him touching it again. Basically I never got my money back and spent over $1200 on repairs for a vehicle not even worth that only to be scammed of my money and not helped. I will never go here again neither should you."

Needing to have the O2 sensor replaced/repaired in order to pass my emissions test, I fortunately stumbled across Auto Bays on Google and decided to call. Tim answered and was happy to have me drop the car off that evening. Tim fixed the issue and even took the car to get the emissions test himself! Tim also gave me some notes of other issues he noticed while he had my car, and listed them based on priority. At no point did I feel like Tim was trying to get more work from me, he is just a very genuine and honest professional who wanted to make sure I was aware of some pretty big issues. I just picked my car up again from Tim after he fixed the most pressing issue, and the car runs like new! I have no need to look for another mechanic, Tim will always be the one I choose to take my family's vehicles to."
