"I ended up at Powder Springs Brake, Lube & Tire after a mobile mechanic flaked on me multiple times. I went to another shop earlier today after he flaked, but they were closed. This is abnormal to me for any place of business that works on cars to be closed on a Saturday when that’s typically when they get a lot of their business. Thank God for Mr. Chi and his staff for fixing my brakes in less than an hour! They were super friendly and I’m glad my car is now back to normal, I feel safer driving on the roads! I will definitely be back!"
"I can’t comment on other reviews, but my experience of them was amazing. Fixed my O2 sensor, ignition problems, brakes, tie rod issues, oil change, cat cleaning and removed check engine lights. Also gave me a lift to and from home. Very courteous, professional and personable. You can’t help but like these people. Kept me in touch of progress at all times and were just genuine and honest. They are my go-to guys. Prices reasonable and expedited repairs in a timely and mutually agreeable manner. I would highly recommend these guys and I like to support local independant businesses, as I have been scammed by other national chains too often."
