"I've been to the store four times since it opened and all four times has been a disaster first time I went to rent a tool for $130 and then brought the tool back and they didn't have my money told me I needed to take it to another store an hour away second time I was returning a tool they gave me 200$ in 1s. Third time I was returning a tool I purchased that had a lifetime warranty and they would not honor the warranty even though I had the receipt they said that the last person didn't put it in the computer right and instead of the manager making it right they just told me that too bad they can't warranty. The fourth time that finally broke the camel's back was when I went to return another tool from another store that said I could return it to that store and the manager at this Brownsville store told me that I was a constant bother when it has always been them that is the problem this O'Reilly's is ran by absolute trash"

"This location on Brownsville rd is a good place to visit. The staff is very helpful and patient. They take the time to see about all your concerns and needs. I had a staff member name Jay. Jay made sure I had everything I needed. He is very helpful and has a good heart. His personality is amazing to say the least. This was my first time at this location but I’ll be going back whenever I need some parts from now on. Thanks Jay for all your help!!"
