"Ms. Shantelle is great coordinator over the children’s section. She goes above and beyond to help you with your child’s needs. Can’t recommend her activities and programs enough"

"One of my stops each time I go "home" to Georgia. Excellent staff, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Able to assist with computers. Their used book sale section has continuous good books and is a bargain. Recently remodeled! Fantastic genealogy/family history department."

"Friendly staff. Just moved into the area and they quickly set up an account for me. Update: I end up coming almost once a week, love their books sales that help build my collection, and frequently check out books and movies."

"The positives of this place is that the employees are helpful and friendly. However, I have frequently encountered the problem of the employees talking amongst themselves and with customers in very loud voices. This is very distracting to me as I come to the library frequently to study. I think it's great that they are so friendly, but if they could just whisper while they do it, I could concentrate better. I was always taught to whisper in a library, and it seems like basic knowledge to me that librarians would also possess. Also, a man's cell phone rang loudly several times, but no one told him to silence it. I think they should put up signs stating the need to silence cell phones, and then to verbally address it if someone's cell phone is ringing very loudly."

"An exceedingly friendly and welcoming staff, with a profound knowledge and an innate desire to proactively facilitate you in procuring whatever it is you have of interest. Southern hospitality at its best, at times even a young lady will cordially invite you in, with warm eyes and a graciously decadent smile, that totally tweaks the whole thank you for coming vibe. If you have ever been curious about the Toccoa/Stephens county library, put it on your schedule and bring the family, you will be delighted you did."
