"This DG is pathetic !!! Shelves are is total disarray, unstocked and dirty. All stock sitting in rollout bins that fill every isle so you can can barely get by. Some isles are simply off limits because they have 10 or more bins from corner to corner. The website posts hours of operation that mean absolutely nothing necause they are closed at 6pm !!! Disgusting !!!"
"What a TERRIBLE experience. The store was empty of almost every essential item. The sad part is that all the stock was sitting on carts blocking nearly every aisle with absolutely NO HELP whatsoever. Thankfully, they did have the item I was looking for, but it was something not purchased very often. The floors were dirty, the shelves were empty, merchandise was on the floor causing a trip/fall hazard and the place just looks terrible. Toccoa should be ashamed to have this store so close to downtown. I would give 0 stars if I could. And to top it all off, the "cashier" was a little hateful that doesn't have any clue how to offer true customer service or a "Thank you for shopping with us". If he hates his job that bad, he should just quit."
