"The opening crew left the afternoon people scattered: missing straws, lids, etc. Needed a restock! The girl was really nice and the sandwich was great. It got really busy at 4 PM when we were there. Only 1 person was working, felt bad for her."
"I had place my order online at on December 21,2023 at 6:45pm. The store on Big A Road Toccoa Georgia. Arrived to the store at around 7:30 pm. My sandwiches were made but I had to wait 30 extra minutes for cookies to be made. Finally picked up my cookies at 8pm. This has to stop! The employees were friendly but my goodness."
"The service was awful. The two girls working were loud and to busy talking and acting childish to pay attention to customer orders. One girl was propped on the counter over the sandwiches she was fixing for a customer. The sandwich counter was dirty. The ingredients were dried out. Poorly kept store and even worse service. Do not recommend wasting money here."
"When they say would you like double meat what they mean is if you say no you’ll get 1/2 the normal amount and be eating a bread sandwich. For $10.38 I’m still starving"
"Order #: B8545CFO-ED The folks running this subway are very rude and can not take a simple order. I did an online order for a Gatorade and a turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, extra pickles, regular mayo, and cheese. I sent my co worker to get it and what I received is a sandwich with no pickles and an unreasonable amount of mayo with no Gatorade. She went back for the Gatorade but was told very rudely uh we don't carry that. They didn't offer a refund for the drink or a cup for a fountain drink until she demanded a cup. On top of that they are supposed to call you if they don't have a certain item but they failed to do that as well."
