"I went through the drive through and the employee was very energetic, enthusiastic, and engaging. The employee recommended several options and went over what was on each sandwich I asked. The employee let me know that it would be a seven minute wait for fresh apple pies and fresh French fries which I stated that's not a problem at all. I pulled up and waited then the employee Mr. Lewis proceeded to hand me the order and was genuinely friendly and outgoing. The customer service I experienced from Mr. Lewis was beyond exceptional and above the call of customer service duty. I tried the new candied bacon Frisco burger. It comes with four slices of candied sweet bacon, two slices of Swiss cheese, tomato, and mayonnaise. It was absolutely delicious and savory. I will definitely be having another one in the future. The apple pies were piping hot and fresh which Mr. Lewis was kind enough to warn me that the pies would be hot and to be careful. This display of consideration and care for a customer truly shows the employees character and integrity. I recommend this Employee receives praise from his management and told he's doing an impeccable job."
"I gave two stars because the lady at the window was very nice. However, I ordered two orders of the 5 piece fingers. Mine only had two that looked whole. The others seemed to be what was scraped off the bottom of whatever they cook in with barely ANY chicken in them. The pieces were burnt. They were so tiny. Same with my husbands. If I am paying 30 bucks for a meal, I expect it to be a whole meal. I also waited a considerable amount of time so I would have thought that it was going to be fresh? Pictures attached is what it looked like before eating."
