"This is the only Chick-fil-A that I have seen that works neglectfully slow. Get in line 15 minutes before the breakfast cut off with three cars in front of me. Get to the order kiosk at three minutes before the cut off at which the associate didn't take our order right away and when finally asking for our order minutes late, they say we aren't serving breakfast. I replied with "we pulled up to the kiosk three minutes ago." Made no difference. I wouldn't be half as frustrated if I wasn't sitting there minutes before they took my order just to be forced to order lunch because we couldn't get out of line."
"We often have things missing from orders and my last experience was unfortunate. Accidents happen and I'll keep coming back, but they did not secure the lid on my soup and it went everywhere in my car which was upsetting, but the sandwiches were not very warm and the fries were over cooked too. I didn't address anything but the soup, but the kid that was managing didn't seem very confident in handling the situation and a little bit more management training would probably be helpful."
"What a great corporation. I had a coupon to try the pimento, jalapeño chik fil a sandwich. It was extremely tasty. I highly recommend. The staff and service was outstanding, just like all chik fil a locations"
