"Went to Arby's for dinner the other night and ordered a large french dip sub meal. To my surprise, it was almost $20!!! $17 Plus tax it absolutely ridiculous for 1 meal. Then I get handed this little, itty bitty cup.... I ask the cashier, "this is a large?" Who then says, "oh no" and then hands me the right size. I posted pictures so u can judge for yourself. If I'm paying that much money for food, how about give me the right size for one, for two, u think maybe putting enough meat on the damn bread so I could at least taste what I just spent a small fortune on. Absolutely the last time I visit Arby's.... Horrible management and customer service, u should be ashamed to charge that much money for bread!!!!"
"Got served spoiled jalapeños on my sliders had to throw up on side of the highway. Manager is just chilling in the lobby with friends. Manager did not even apologize just walked away."
"Really enjoyed going to this Arby's. The store was in great shape, and I liked the design layout. Did not feel as much like we were in a fast serve restaurant. Staff was very friendly and did their jobs well which is rare in today's world. Manager is really on top of her game. Would definitely go back."
