"They don't fix issues on time. When I moved in I had to live around a broken dishwasher with putrid water inside for 2 months. A putrid fridge that I had to dismantle and sanitize myself. I had fixed issues paying myself and haven't seen at least a credit for it. You can't enjoy the premises or your own patio, because there's always someone smoking weed and nothing gets done about it."
"I love our new and improved community, and everything it has to offer! We are pet friendly and have two pools, two gyms, a car wash station, playground area and a community laundry facility. We have a full maintenance staff and they complete most work orders within 24-48 hours. The staff is friendly and very helpful when it comes to work orders, leasing processes, &' etc. I would definitely recommend The Preserve at Godley Station to friends, family and YOU!!"
"Terrible service. I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt having seen other bad reviews but I stand with them. My husband and I tried to get an apartment here and had all the requirements but the woman that handled our application is a racist and NEVER gave us back our $200 administration fee. The owner "says" they communicated clearly and effectively, but they completely gave us the run-around. Every time we submitted everything they asked for, they needed something else and it went on for about 2 weeks. By no means trust the reply the owner ever gives. BUYERS BEWARE! Look for somewhere else better to live."
"When I moved in, it was during a change in ownership and management. The new management and staff were very professional and responsive. I never had a problem the entire time I was a tenant. When I moved out due to a work transfer, the final charges were modest, reasonable and fair. For the Pooler area it’s definitely worth considering for anyone looking for a new apartment."
