Clean rooms and bath towels. comfortable bed and the best lighting I have come across in a hotel room in my many years of travelling. Clean, spacious. K cup coffee maker and best coffee was in the lobby. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable."

"We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the 8th Air Force Museum. The exterior is nice, and the lobby looks clean and inviting. Staff were friendly as well. The rooms are the problem. Our room was small and dated. The chair was dirty looking, and I felt the need to put a towel down before sitting there. The bed was very uncomfortable. We woke up feeling like we'd been beaten. Comforter was thin and provided little warmth, and there were no extra blankets in room. I had to put a towel over the crack in the bottom of the door, as the light was shining in my eyes at night. The shower was slow-draining, and water pooled up to our ankles. We will choose Best Western next time."
"My husband and I would like to say a BIG thank you to Don, the evening mng who provided us with above and beyond service. I had made a mistake by using an on line booking company at the wrong location and was refused total reimbursement. He shared his knowledge on how we can attempt to correct this situation. He made sure that we were happy with our stay at this hotel. He also shared that there are new owners who are planning on updating/remodeling and correcting many of the problems that people have noted in other reviews. It's a great location right off Rt 95 and choice of restaurants. I hope people will give this Quality Inn another chance and I know we will gladly be recommending it to our family and friends!!
