"Ridiculous telephone conversation with “Mackenzie” answered the phone sounded half awake. I asked for information about the complex and available units as I am in the process of moving to Savannah. She begins to rattle off how much money I need to make to live there and how much they require to move in. Then she started down the path of “if you need a guarantor” LOL I was simply calling to get information on the property, ask the questions any prospective tenant should have the space to ask and get a feel for the personality of the community. Mackenzie was my first impression. VERY BIZARRE interaction. This is how you train your staff? You need to do better. She shouldn’t be the representative of a property. Mackenzie would faire Better at the D&D drive thru window or McDonald’s."
"The customer service I received from the Property Manager Chelsey was the best experience I had. It was my first time ever applying for a apartment and she was so nice and helpful the whole time. I couldn't have gotten the apartment without her help. She truly cares about her Clients/Residents."
"I just put in an application to live at this property and my husband and I was approved. The property manager is literally the sweetest person you will ever talk to as well as informative. If your application is denied, worry not, there is this program that with ensure you are able to get in. You will know if you are approved in less than an hour on that program. Chelsey is the property managers name. Chelsey went above and beyond to send me an email of the two units I was interested in due to living 4 hours away. Thank you sooooo much Chelsey. You deserve a raise and a paid 2 weeks vacation that is also fully paid for!!! My family appreciates you. Sending many blessings your way!!"
