"I have been a resident since Spring 2023 and I absolutely love The Villas at Park Avenue. The community is clean, safe, quiet and has a wonderful property management team in place. Everyone from the office staff to maintenance have been extremely wonderful, kind and diligent to assist with any concerns. I recently renewed my short term lease to a longer term and the way the community is kept and managed was a major proponent to my decision. Additionally, the lease renewal rate was very fair and affordable for my luxury apartment. I constantly notice the upkeep and upgrades that are taken to keep the community feeling brand new and it’s nice to know and see a management do what is necessary for its residents. Best place to call “home”!"
"Do you love traffic so bad if takes 20 minutes to go less than a mile? How about the 6am daily wake up calls from low flying planes? Management that tries to enforce things NOT in your lease and makes up fines for non-compliance? Stale pot smoke smell from the neighbors? If you want any of the above then this is the place for you. Being serious, the first 3-1/2 years were great. The last year living here was awful. In the past year 5 or 6 new apartment complexes have opened in the area. That offer new units, better staff and WAY better locations for less traffic."
"I have lived here for a year now and the location and apartment layout are the main reasons I selected this complex. Karen has always been great and patient regarding any questions I have had. The maintenance team has been very friendly and quick to resolve my few minor issues. I renewed for a second year."
