"These people will try to screw you over at the first opportunity. Unscrupulousness must be in their mission statement. For years they were an albatross, trying to get money from me that they weren't entitled to, legally, morally or otherwise. Don't trust management, not on any level; "they smile in your face...etc" All the while,, these folks will be planning on how to f* you up. You've been warned."

"Phenominal Senior apartments!! The wait can be long, but that is just because so many people are on the waiting list. The management is great -- smart, diligent, hard working, and so very kind! The maintenance man is one of the hardest working men I have ever met and I trust him in my apartment! The apartments, the common areas, and the grounds are kept in pristine condition!! I would recommend to everyone!!"
