Carriage Place Condominiums

"Best place I have lived since moving to Columbia back in 2018. MAJOR pluses: Cable/internet/water INCLUDED IN RENT! Super SUPER quiet neighborhood. Lots of people outside during the day running, playing with their kids, walking dogs, etc so it feels super safe. I also love the layout of having a "main" door to your side of the building and foyer area before entering your apartment. You share your side of the building with only 3 neighbors, which is LOVE! The cleaning lady cleans EVERY building, every morning and she does a fab job! Lisa, the property manager is literally the best. She handles everything with urgency and our move in process in Spring was SO easy. You can tell she has been doing this for a while! My only downfall is I wish the kitchen was bigger. Now that we are moved in well, we realize the kitchen isn't very spacious for 2 people to cook in but we make do with it! Overall, I plan to extend staying here another year!"

"2 things. 1. Internet/cable/ water is included in the rent. 2. If you need to go onto the freeway, don't go back to Garner's Ferry, turn left at Old Davidson St until you hit Leesberg. you're welcome Place was very nice, and quiet and Lisa has been a great property manager. It is a gem within the Columbia area."

"I have been living here since 2017. When I moved in the rent was $875 for a two bedroom two bath since then the rate has increased significantly. Beginning February 1, 2021 the rent will be $1,050. That is extremely high! I moved from a two story house in Lake Carolina with hopes of downsizing and cutting back on expenses. This is not acceptable! Time to move on! Sorry! Also it is clearly stated in our lease that if you have pets, please pick up after them. I cannot begin to tell you just how many times that goes unchecked or unnoticed. I went so far as to ask Tracey to inform management about the situation and even took pictures yet, nothing has been done. She claimed that the property owners felt it was too costly to install pet poop stations on the property. With the increase in rent, we as tenants deserve to have better services! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!"

"I’m very much looking forward to becoming a resident at Carriage Place in April. Took a tour of the community and the condo and it is everything that myself and my wife were looking for. Beautiful grounds, updated appliances and very spacious living area with an abundant amount of closets. We are both looking forward to using the Peloton Bikes located in the fitness Center. I am so glad we found your community, and Tracey the property manager is very professional and personable. I would definitely recommend carriage Place to any of my friends families and coworkers.Such a great price for all the amenities that are included"

"This property is beautiful! I did a walk through in a 3 bedroom and it was very roomy and just gorgeous inside. The grounds are kept nice and clean. I love how it’s not right on the high way, and it’s back in a quiet secluded area. We would have absolutely picked this condo to stay in if it were located closer to my husband’s job. I would 100% refer anyone to this location. Also, Tracey, the property manger, was very respectful, honest and professional. It would have been a pleasure to be on her property."
