"My children have lived here for almost Two years....management has never been helpful always rude and changing. Office never seems to be open even when sign says open . but here's the real issue for two plus months they are dealing with raw sewage in there house and flooding daily....but they never fix the problem . .I'll post so.e pictures for you."

"it is advertised both on their website and through their voice message on the telephone that there are new remodeled units available but no one is ever in their office to take phone calls. i emailed, called, and contacted the property manager over a month ago and still no call backs or emails back. this is very unprofessional. the least thing they can do is communicate an update on whether or no their properties are available or not."

"The issues are the same regardless of renovation. It's still mold and flooding going on. The way they( the complex) responded to ppl in these reviews tells me that they dgaf. It's the nice nastiness of it all. "At this time we don't have a ticket from you...????" The residents don't need a ticket for what you can see for yourself ( you're sitting in an office right now with the ceiling falling down). Yall don't care.. be professional and just fix the ish! Yall know flooding and rain causes molding. Yall should be reported for these conditions!"

"I want to first say that the situation we are in is one that is stressful. So we found your property and called Ms. Alexus made a appointment for us to come into the office. She was very warm and caring. She was very knowledgeable about the process she also was very very helpful. She put a smile on our faces even though we're going through a lot. I was very happy to have met her. She is super friendly and very professional."

"I have lived here for the past 4-5ish months and it has been very pleasant! There were a few things I needed to be fixed in my apartment during move-in, but the maintenance crew was very quick and efficient to fulfill my requests! The staff here is very friendly and the area has improved greatly since I moved in. I appreciate the effort that management has provided to make the complex feel more comfortable like installing the card access gate. I also love the location this complex is in. It's within 5-10 minutes of a variety of grocery stores, small shopping malls, food, and my school. The pool and grassy areas are kept up with annually, as well as pest control. They give timely notifications for when they plan to do bug checks. The bark park is very nice to take my pup for some fetch, and the doggy deposit bags stationed around the complex are very convenient. Overall, this has been a great first apartment for me! I will update my review by the end of my lease."
