"I went yesterday to pick up an online order. Online it shows they are open until 9. I get there at 5:57 and the doors are locked. There’s a sign saying they close at 6. If you’re going to have different hours than what’s online at least stay open until you say you’re going to be open. Mine was an online order they wouldn’t have even had to deal getting a payment from me. Since 6 is the earliest I can get there after work it’s isn’t working for me. I won’t be ordering from there again until their hours change back. It’s too inconvenient."

"They closed 3 hours early on a Saturday and the only thing to let you know what a price of paper taped on the door. Came back the next day only for it be out of stock, and the lady was rude when I asked her to point me in the right direction! There are only two workers there, and then they weren’t even at the register nor the cutter. Only reason I come is there is nowhere else to go"

"Yesterday, I went to Joann and found #10 crochet thread on the clearance rack. When the associate rang it up, the register rang the items up as do not sell - discard. The associate called the manager and that person told her not to sell, they have to throw it away. I said, if you're going to throw it away, can't you just let me have it? The associate said she would judge me for stealing!! I told them have a nice day and went to Hobby Lobby. How many items does Joann throw away rather than selling items on the shelves or donating? I won't be going back."

"Returned a Cricut machine that was a Christmas gift. They gave me a store credit. I wanted to buy up to the next machine but they didn’t have one. I tried to order one online & website says my card is invalid or has a zero balance. Manager 1st said they weee mailing a paper check. 2nd time told me the money was on the card when she swiped it & gave me a receipt but that doesn’t mean anything online. Went back the 3rd time then same manager told me it can only be used in a store, not online. Asked if they could order the model I want & they said no.Turns out my store credit can ONLY be used in the store, not Online. They had every model except the one I want. Don’t make the mistake of making a return thinking you can get what you want. So they now have $104.00 & I don’t have any Cricut."

"Online it said they closed at 9pm so I went at 7pm to get something I really needed. The door was locked and the parking lot was empty. Not to mention the door also said 9pm. Really sucked… I needed something in a hurry and they closed early with no signs. Maybe they are short staffed- but still inconvenient."
