She stayed by my side to answer all questions and showed me step by step on how to get my account started. The store was very spacious and CLEAN. "This is for the Babcock on 17.Purchased a queen size mattress and boxspring in February only to sleep on it for 1 month folded me like a taco. Sleeping in a recliner 3-4months only to ha tat tip me over. Replaced mattress and boxspring only to get something worse and found out they did not set the bed up correctly no screws were tighten and the legs that hold the slants were completely broken so no support. Tried for 2 days to contact customer service held the line for 2 hrs on one phone and left my number so I don't lose my spot and to this day no response.. I am so disappointed and discussed with this company. Poor customer service and product but want you to pay on time. Until this is rectified or I hear from someone I will not make another payment . And definitely will not recommend this company to anyone"
