"My bed and TV were supposed to be delivered on December 9th. The time frame was between 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. I waited until 3:30 to call the store. This is when they told me they didn't have a delivery person for today. The sales first and told me someone tried to call this was not true, because I had my phone the entire time waiting needless to say they won't come until Tuesday morning now. This is very inconvenient for me ,because I work during the weekdays. I am not pleased at all ."

"Not happy at all with this store. I have never had a bad experience with Badcock until now, and I do believe I won't be doing business with your store anymore. The complete lack of customer service and support and the level of incompetence is astonishing. I canceled my order and will find somewhere I could do business that actually wants to do business."

"I am 100%, and Over 5 stars happy with my recent purchase. Please forgive me if I mispronounce any names but I have to give a HUGE thank you to Bobby Jo, Wendy, and the ENTIRE management staff. These two ladies worked in two different stores, but you could tell they were Definitely one team! "Such a find here in Savannah. I was driving down the road with my boys and saw this place. I saw the sign and I was like no……I’m seeing things. No way I saw what I saw. Can it really be a furniture store that specializes in the needs of my boys. I kept going, but then started thinking about how uncomfortable my boys get on their current couch. I couldn’t stop thinking about how much they sweat and stick to the upholstery. Uhhhh, and don’t mention the hair they leave behind and how unsightly it is because of the color contrast. I stopped in to talk about the needs of my boys. It was a little awkward to explain the situation, so I asked if I could just let them sit on some of their showroom pieces. One of the other customers sat their boys right next to mine. I wasn’t too comfortable with that. You never know what some other boys have that they can pass onto yours, but his wife thought it was really cute so I let her take a picture. They played together for awhile until they were tired. We had some looks from the employees, but they were really good about the situation. You do what you have to do to make a sale. So normally, you don’t think about your boys when getting a couch because your lumbar is more important. I decided that I didn’t want to be a selfish person and deny my boys the comfort they deserve. Any self respecting man would make this sacrifice. I was recommended microfiber upholstery. My boys do not get all sweaty and sticky on the couch now. They are much more comfortable. Air breathes around them. When I’m watching a movie, I can look down at them (because they are still pretty small) and see them nestled into the cushioning with no movement of discomfort. My back hurts a little, but that’s from the times I’ve had to carry them with me when we go places. Nothing to do with the new support. At the end of the day, I made the right choice by ensuring my boys aren’t sore in the morning because of this luxurious purchase of comfort."
