"I stayed at these apartments before new management took over, but recently had a reason to (try) to get in contact with them, and visited the apartments themselves. The place isn't well kept. The road that was repaved while I was there now has a massive, crumbling pot hole. There was a random toilet sitting on the edge of the woods. Trash around the dumpsters, and still this place is one of if not the most expensive apartments in the county, all because they're within spitting distance of the hospital and the local Christian college. A corporate-looking business bought out the local landlords(at least one of which sucked anyway, but one of them was nice), and are based several counties away. Completely unresponsive to calls- I wound up calling 9 times throughout one day (3 different times of day, 3 calls each, all during business hours) selecting both new resident and resident of these apartments in the robot part and never got through to anyone at all. Just the kind of responsiveness you'll want as a tenant when your AC goes out in the summer. As an additional note, while I was staying there, I discovered the dryer vent between my apartment and another was shared, as their lint would backfeed into mine. Totally not a fire hazard. Not sure if it was just covered up on the outside vent or if it would do it anyway. Moved as soon as I could."
