"When we moved in there were no problems.But after a year there was police coming in left and right. LAST year there was a girl threatening someone with a taser. I would not recommend living here"
"Spent a few hours at my friends New Years Eve, a over the top gift giving for My Squirrel , a dear friend who is doing it. Pushing pain back and smiling and Laughing with each obstacle, asking only for Gods help when absolutely needed. I have wonderful memories at her place. Laughing and going down memory lane. She is to far. But her apartment is spotless, she likes to cook, read and mostly love and care for her support animal . After she moved in to The Toccoa Pines Apartments she has everything she needed to stand on her own and live a independent life style. A beautiful clean Apartment , her support animal at her side, I've seen a glimpse of the real woman she is meant to be. Thank you so much to the Apartments and all those who help her and call her family and friend. She is good as gold. The type of friend you are is the type you will get back."
"I lived in prather Park 13 years ago is that lady Miss Shirley still the complex manager that complex was really notorious for threatening to evict tenants that was going on 12 13 years ago I moved back to St Louis 13 years ago cuz I got sick of being threatened to be evicted that's how I know that this is true it's a shame 13 years later still the same BS"
"FILLED WITH ROACHES"
"Although my apartment was remodeled before I moved in and I am happy with the apartment itself, however, there are other issues with this complex. The property management uses strong-arm tactics to keep the tenants in fear of being evicted. I personally have been threatened with evictions 4 times in the last 6 months for unreasonable things and never for non payment of rent. For this reason, I do not recommend this complex for seniors who need income-based housing. There are other apartment managed by a better property management company."
